About Our Products
Are your products safe?
Yes. All Koi products are manufactured in the USA in facilities that follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients and do not include any banned or harmful substances.
Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not individually approved by the FDA. However, all of our products are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities that comply with strict safety and quality standards. Our product statements follow FDA labeling guidelines and disclaimers.
Where are your products made?
All of our supplements are proudly made in the USA. We manufacture in certified facilities and work with trusted partners to maintain consistent quality.
Are your supplements vegan/gluten-free/natural?
Each product has specific dietary tags. Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed ingredient lists and dietary labels. We do offer several vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free options.
Can I take your supplements if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medications.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can click the link in the email to see real-time updates from the carrier (usually USPS or UPS).
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
To start a return, email us at support@enjoy-koi.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Note: You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us ASAP at support@enjoy-koi.com.
Once shipped, we can’t cancel the order — but you’re still covered under our 30-day return policy.
Subscriptions
How do your subscriptions work?
Our Subscribe & Save option gives you 25% off your selected product(s) and automatically delivers them on the schedule you choose (e.g. every 30). You’ll receive a reminder before each order.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. You can:
